Travania Clark is an RIT Graduate from the School of Hospitality & Service Management. She started her career with Hyatt over 15 years ago as a Group Sales Manager. A 20-year Hospitality veteran; she is now the Director of Sales & Marketing at the Hyatt Regency Rochester. She is passionate about creating events and experiences for her clients and has a proven record of enhancing the guest experience to ensure clients’ success. She leads a team of amazing professionals who diligently work to create personalized events and bring customers visions to life.

Joshua Soileau

Banquet Chef

Chef Josh Soileau has been cooking virtually his whole life. Starting in the kitchen at the young age of 8 years old to spend time with his father, Josh quickly found a passion for food. He would cook his own breakfast in the morning before heading to school. He even began growing his own herbs to flavor his scrambled eggs and omelets.

After graduating from High School, he attended Louisiana Tech University where he earned a degree in Culinary Arts. After completion of school, Josh made a b-line to the city of New Orleans to hone his craft. He acquired an apprenticeship at Lafitte’s Landing Restaurant with acclaimed Chef John Folse. Working under Chef Folse opened many doors for Josh in the years after completing the apprenticeship. Quickly rising through the ranks in the culinary industry to executive chef by the age of 23, Josh has been at the management level for over 20 years.

Lily is a seasoned Event Planner with over 10 years of experience in creating and executing memorable events. Lily brings a unique blend of creativity, organizational skills, and attention to detail to the Hyatt Team.
