Meet the Chef

Keith Jenks graduated from SUNY Cobleskill with his culinary arts and hospitality degree. He is an accomplished Executive Chef at the Hyatt Regency where his culinary expertise transforms dining experiences into unforgettable journeys. When he's not in the kitchen, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and eagerly anticipates the arrival of their daughter in just two weeks. Keith’s passion for food and family exemplifies his belief that the best meals are made with love and shared with those who matter most. "I am lucky to have a highly skilled culinary team, diverse in culture and training.  With this team of talent, our menus are diverse in nature, yes also a reflection of Rochester's favorites from different cultures and neighborhoods."
